Who are we hiring?

Noodle is searching for a passionate, hands-on Digital Media Buyer to build our social media presence, both through paid and organic media - while creating qualified inquiries to our clients and advertisers. This is a terrific opportunity for a marketing professional to use their talents to impact the way prospective students research, interact and make wiser decisions regarding their learning path. This position will be in Boston and requires that you live in the immediate Boston area.

Responsibilities & Duties

In this role, be aware that you will need to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a positive growth attitude. In addition, in the scope of this position you will:

  • Create, test and optimize among various target audiences and various ad units
  • Create and monitor strategy groups and campaigns to optimize performance against client goals
  • Develop and implement new strategies for campaign expansion
  • Deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain reporting on campaign-related metrics
  • Create opportunities by staying current with new channels, software, and best practices
  • Actively seek opportunities to expand understanding and use of paid social

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of relevant media buying experience and 3-5 years of overall experience. The ideal candidate most likely has a bachelor's degree.

  • Proficient in media buying optimization tools such as Facebook Insights Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner
  • Fluency with latest evolutions of tracking and targeting: i.e. Custom Audiences & Custom Clusters
  • Proven ability to set up campaigns, synthesize data & results, while identifying trends & key findings
  • Knowledge of self-serve platforms and API technology on Facebook, Instagram, and comfort with learning new ones
  • 2-5 years experience running successful lead-generation or direct response campaigns on Facebook and other social media platforms
  • Experience strategically managing marketing and advertising budgets with a demonstrated history of over-achievement against goals
  • Proven track record of managing and executing campaigns using native platform tools such as Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with good follow-through
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player, attitude
